Welcome to IFFI INC's Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (stationery, markers, and art supplies), we have a specific policy to ensure fairness and hygiene.

1. Returns & Exchanges (Due to Damage or Error)
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at iffiinc6@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and a description of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been used, opened, or tampered with. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened packages of markers.

  • Used pens, pencils, or highlighters.

  • Opened and used paper pads or notebooks.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (for approved cases), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

5. Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item sent) or damaged/defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item.
For any other return reasons not covered above, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
