4. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (including APO/FPO addresses).

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please note that 1-3 business days is an estimate, not a guarantee. Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier issues, weather events, or holidays. IFFI INC is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or acts outside of our direct control.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
IFFI INC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation if this occurs.
